Teacher Competences for Digital Sustainability. WP2: Survey Report Spain.

Abstract

Key findings indicate that participants reported consistently high self-perceived digital teaching competence. Values were highest in professional engagement and in the protection of personal data, and lowest in setting assignments that require learners to create digital content. Confidence in AI competence is markedly lower and more polarised: 68% feel confident explaining what AI is, but only about half feel confident in AI-supported assessment, fewer than half in protecting sensitive content.
